Take Action Club Highlights 2019-20 |
Take Action Club Donates Origami Peace Cranes |
Take Action Club Highlights 2018-19 |
Take Action club has wrapped up for the year with their Monday afterschool meetings. Madison and Dante (with their adopted co-leader Molly) did a great year leading the club. While they are sad to have lost opportunities and plans for the end of the year, they've enjoyed the frequent We-Schools online live events and their online meetings. We are looking forward to meeting again in the fall!
|
Finally, our origami peace cranes made it into the mail and were sent to Hiroshima Peace Memorial. We hope our cranes fly in the wind with the hundreds of thousands sent by children around the world.

Aleenia Reich - Leading Others to Serve
Aleenia had an opportunity to lead a group of kids at Baden Academy Charter School to serve a greater good - raising money for children around the world and close to home. Together, they discovered a destiny and purpose far greater. Aleenia's leadership role is a research fellow project of the Baden Academy Media Lab.
